Fresh paint in the main living areas, hallway and front door is one of the cheapest ways to lift how a home feels at an open inspection.

  • Warm whites and soft neutrals that suit most buyers
  • Front door and entry for street appeal

Rental and pre-sale questions

Can you work around tenants moving out?

Yes. Tell us the vacate and new-lease dates and we’ll plan the job to fit inside that gap, including weekends where needed.

Do you deal with property managers directly?

Yes. We can quote, arrange keys and send the invoice and photos to your property manager, with your OK.

What colour should I use before selling?

Neutral, light colours photograph best and suit the most buyers. We can suggest a simple scheme that works with your floors and benchtops.

Can you just do touch-ups?

Yes. If touch-ups won’t blend in, we’ll tell you honestly and quote the full wall instead.

Got a vacate date or listing date?

Send us the date and the rooms, and we’ll tell you what’s possible and what it costs.
